Lakisha Scott

Kisha started her career in Los Angeles working with children in a private sector. She then relocated to New York where she worked for a non -profit as direct care for adolescents in physical, emotional and legal crisis. As her passion grew, she was able to work within the program’s continuum of care, which fueled her passion for change. Through hard work and dedication this experience led Kisha to her next chapter in Human Resources. After 7 years, Kisha relocated back to California and embraced her journey in office management with a focus on employee retention. She truly believes that when we lead with empathy and compassion it opens the door for understanding and growth. Kisha has also completed trainings in childhood education and has a certification from the University of California, Irvine with emphasis in Human Resources. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling , spending time with family and friends and trying new restaurants.
